Job Description
- Manage and maintain ATECH's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, printers, and network devices. This includes installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both hardware and software components.
- Deploy and manage Office 365 services, ensuring seamless email communication, collaboration tools, and cloud storage for all users.
- Provide technical assistance to students and staff. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and user guides.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 3 - 4 years relevant work experience.
