Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
- Monitor system performance and security, ensuring uptime and data integrity.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as needed.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Know about graphics design and creatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT System Administrator or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux server environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, etc.).
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security measures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or equivalent are a plus.
