Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and responsible IT Technician for installing, maintaining, and repairing computer systems and gaming machines, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring all IT equipment and networks run efficiently to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, gaming machines, and related hardware
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Support daily technical operations across gaming outlets.
- Ensure all systems are up to date with the latest security and software updates.
- Monitor system performance and report faults to the IT Engineer or Supervisor.
- Maintain records of repairs, system updates, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist with setting up new gaming terminals and ensuring connectivity.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to users.
Qualifications & Skills
- OND/HND/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support or technical maintenance.
- Good understanding of networking, troubleshooting, and computer hardware.
- Knowledge of gaming systems or similar electronic devices is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle field operations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
