Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and orderly office environment, ensuring that all utilities are properly maintained and in optimal condition.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure that new resources are onboarded with the necessary tools to perform their duties. Coordinate sitting arrangements for new hire, laptop onboarding & off-boarding process.
  • Drive people experience initiatives to enhance community wellness. Oversee office rebranding projects, Plan and execute internal /external staff events, coordinate event surveys, retreat, team bonding, birthday, work anniversaries, send forth etc.
  • Manage staff feedback programs for repairs, upgrades, utilities etc
  • Partner with the People & Culture Team to proactively resolve workplace issues and facilitate the effective execution of company policies and procedures. These initiatives are designed to improve employee experience and cultivate a positive, inclusive environment within the community.
  • Ensure all recurrent subscriptions, license renewals are paid on time, interface with service providers and compliance/regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and manage operational workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on operational metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Also, Analyze spending patterns, track procurement expenditures, and generate reports for management review and strategic planning.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with Finance Team to ensure that all company assets are in good working order and accounted for.
  • Track inventory levels, manage resources, and ensure timely availability of materials or tools required for operations.
  • Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and present findings to management to support decision-making.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, or external partners to coordinate logistics and resolve operational issues.
  • Leverage software tools (e.g., ERP systems, CRMs, or project management platforms) to manage operations and track performance.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and service. Build and maintain robust supplier relationships to ensure business continuity and optimal value.
