FinTech Association of Nigeria (FintechNGR) is a self-regulatory, not-for-profit and non-political organisation incorporated in Nigeria by the Corporate Affairs Commission CAC and a member of the global body Global Fintech Hubs Federation.
Role:
- Program Management: Plan and execute technology-focused programs, work- shops, and events. Monitor performance, gather feedback, and support startups in adopting innovative technologies.
- Ecosystem Engagement: Build relationships with startups, investors, and technology providers. Facilitate collaborations and identify strategic partnerships to strengthen the fintech ecosystem.
- Technology Management: Oversee technology tools for member engagement, deploy digital solutions for data management, and ensure the security of the asso- ciation's technology infrastructure.
- Innovation Development: Research emerging technologies, contribute to design- ing programs that attract investments, and promote thought leadership in fintech innovation.
- Member Support: Respond to member inquiries, offer innovative solutions, and pro- vide insights to enhance member services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related fields with 3-5 years of experience in innovation, technology management, or pro- gram coordination.
Skills:
- Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills, with a passion for fechnology and ecosystem development.
