Job Summary
- We are seeking a vibrant and strategic Marketing and Communications Executive to lead and execute integrated communication efforts across internal, external, and marketing channels. This role requires a strong storyteller who can craft compelling narratives, strengthen our brand voice, and build engagement with employees, clients, media, and other stakeholders.
- The successful candidate should have the ability to manage cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Value Proposition and Internal Communications
- Partner with leadership and People and Culture in developing and articulating the Firm’s EVP strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent by ensuring that employees are informed, inspired, and connected to company goals.
- Develop and implement an internal communications strategy (culture-building, campaigns, recognition programs, wellness, and inclusion events), that fosters engagement, alignment, and a strong company culture.
- Manage internal channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, town halls, SharePoint/Viva/Teams updates).
- Create and deliver employee brand content (videos, testimonials, success stories, and campaigns) that promote values, initiatives, and programs to enhance employee engagement and recognition.
- Benchmark and monitor employer branding trends in the legal and professional services industries
- Liaising with People and Culture, the BD Team, and Senior Associates to integrate EVP and brand messaging into all client and employee touchpoints.
- Provide training and guidance to lawyers and staff on digital ambassadorship and brand storytelling.
Digital Presence and External Communications
- In partnership with the Partners and the Business Development Executive, manage the Firm’s PR and media relations efforts, including press releases, media pitches, and relationship-building with journalists.
- Manage and oversee the Firm’s digital communication platforms and implement digital content to showcase the Firm’s thought leadership, employee experience and culture on the Firm’s website, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Support executive visibility through speeches, interviews, op-eds, and conference participation.
- Monitor, measure and analyze digital analytics to measure engagement, optimize campaigns and enhance the Firm’s visibility
- In partnership with the Business Intelligence Unit, manage the Firm’s online reputation and proactively manage content on external sites (LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, legal directories).
- Partner with external agencies, event providers, and creative vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns and events.
Marketing Communications
- Liaise with the Business Development Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute experiential initiatives such as client networking events, thought-leadership forums, town halls, and employer branding activations.
- Collaborate with practice groups and BD teams to ensure client-facing experiences align with the firm’s positioning and growth goals.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and brand positioning.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, videos, presentations).
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective go-to-market communications.
- Manage social media strategy, content calendar, and community engagement.
- Track and analyze the impact of internal and external events and experiential activities on brand perception, engagement, and EVP outcomes and present monthly reports on campaign performance to optimize results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
- 4 – 6 years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, or PR.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across different mediums.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
