Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing & Communications Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies to enhance the bank's brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and outdoor.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media, brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers on various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the organization of marketing events and activities.
- Assist in the production of marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
- Maintain strong relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Communications department.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
