Job Description
- Develop and manage a marketing plan focusing on creating awareness, strengthening brand equity, and generating leads for Intense Group and its subsidiaries. Your activities should position Intense as an innovator and leader in the marketing, technology, and media industry which includes digital marketing and advertising agencies.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the Group’s overall objectives.
- Ensure the effective execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Work closely with management and human resources on a holistic agency communication plan related to company culture and new processes/program changes
- Be responsible for the management of the Group’s digital and social media assets including email and websites by creating inbound content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage ad campaigns across paid channels like search, display, video, web, programmatic platforms, physical events, Television, print, radio, and more to generate awareness and drive leads about the Intense Group making.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Oversee the development of compelling marketing materials and content that align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
- Create and implement both planned and ad-hoc marketing opportunities
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities and campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 6 years of Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Brand Management experience in an advertising agency or a highly fast-paced industry.
- At least 6 years of experience developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies especially digital.
- Experience developing and executing integrated brand strategies into new global markets addressing unmet needs and growing product portfolio.
- Ability to Translate current and future vision into strategies, determine executability of strategies, and readiness tactics in executing strategic marketing plans for lines of business—previous proven experience.
- Experience working broad scope strategic marketing activities including creating and articulating vision for brand strategy and new and existing concepts.
- Experience managing the creative development process with internal and external resources (e.g. marketing agencies).
