Operational since 1986, we represent global luxury brands and create a secure and transparent footprint for such brands in the Nigerian market. We carry a wide range of luxury fragrances and are strategic partners for brand leaders such as Chanel, Puig, L’Oreal Luxe, Coty Prestige, Estee Lauder, P&G, and niche brands such as Tom Ford, Bond no.9, and Amouge. With over 100 brands, we hold adequate inventory at all times to cater to sudden surges in demand, typically during traditional gifting seasons such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc. With the combination of our organized manner of trading, reputation, and experienced direction from the top management, Beauty & Fragrance has all the components necessary for fulfilling your needs in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door (Stores and Website and Social Platforms).
  • Establish a marketing calendar .
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and in store events and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic media communication channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis of these channels.
  • Collaborate with different departments to strategize and execute all promotional activities.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog and social platforms that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Develop complete programs (offers and in-store) and wrap up key promotional periods with performance analysis and key learning to maximize future executions.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Requirements and skills

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Candidate must possess atleast a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and must have fashion for Beauty Brands.
