Job Description

  • The Marketing/ social media manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's brand awareness and engagement across digital channels. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products. They will also be in charge of enhancing the company's social media presence, driving website traffic, and engaging with customers online.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify target markets and key segments, and create tailored marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across various platforms
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with the audience promptly.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content such as blogs, newsletters, press releases, and product descriptions.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality graphics and videos.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Use analytics tools to track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing ROI.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3 years minimum of experience in marketing/social media management preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven experience managing Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Canva, Wordpress, Mailchimp
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
