Position Overview:

As a Marketing Specialist for our fashion and lifestyle brand, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and enhance brand awareness. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the fashion and lifestyle industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, engage target audiences, and increase market share.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitors' activities.
    • Analyze market data to make informed decisions on product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  2. Brand Development:
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling and on-brand visuals for campaigns.
  3. Digital Marketing:
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
    • Optimize online presence through SEO and SEM strategies to drive website traffic and enhance user experience.
  4. Content Creation:
    • Develop engaging and shareable content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
    • Work with influencers and content creators to generate user-generated content that aligns with the brand's image.
  5. Event Planning:
    • Coordinate and execute events, product launches, and promotions to build brand awareness and engage the target audience.
    • Collaborate with partners and sponsors to enhance the brand's presence at events.
  6. Collaboration and Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, media, and industry partners.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to optimize future marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  8. Customer Engagement:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
    • Respond to customer feedback and inquiries on various platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the fashion and lifestyle industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
