Job Summary:
- We seek a dynamic and experienced Media & Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, manage digital and traditional media, and enhance the school’s brand visibility. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive media and marketing strategies to promote the school’s brand, programs, and achievements.
- Manage the school’s website, social media platforms, and other digital communication channels.
- Create engaging content, including newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for admissions, events, and special programs.
- Coordinate media relations and handle public relations efforts.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
- Monitor marketing performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Organize photography and videography for events, marketing materials, and online presence.
- Manage the school’s advertising budget and liaise with vendors for promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Experience in graphic design and multimedia editing is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.
