Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos.

  • Manage daily studio operations, ensuring seamless workflows.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain clients, boosting bookings.
  • Drive revenue growth through sales, partnerships, and promotions.
  • Oversee daily operations of the media studio, manage vendors, ensure equipment maintenance, coordinate staff activities, and manage studio schedules.
  • The role involves supervising the production process, ensuring high-quality outputs, and addressing any operational issues promptly.
  • Additionally, the supervisor will collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field
  • Experience in media production or a related industry is a plus
  • 3+ years in studio operations, business development, or sales in media production or a related industry is a plus
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of content creation tools/social media.
  • Strong negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Supervisory Skills and excellent Communication abilities
  • Experience in Operations and Operations Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
