Content Creation:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media.
- Research and produce engaging content daily.
- Develop and implement social media strategies.
- Plan and schedule social media content (written, images, videos) using a calendar.
Content Sharing and Monitoring:
- Share content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp.
- Optimize visuals for web and mobile devices
- Track performance and analytics.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust content accordingly.
- Monitor brand conversations and sentiments.
- Maintain brand consistency across social media
Collaboration:
- Work with our design team and sales team to promote Furniture Republic.
- Organize promos and grow social media followers.
Design and Visuals:
- Create graphics and illustrations.
- Ensure visuals are appealing and on-brand.
- Set up spaces for photo shoots.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and run social media accounts.
- Create and run targeted ads.
Responsibilities

Key Skills:
Photography:
- Proficiency in camera operation (DSLR, mirrorless).
- Understand lighting, camera positioning, composition, photo manipulation and editing (Adobe Creative Tools).
- Experience with product photography and event capturing (on-site production/installation process).
- Design visually appealing graphics and visuals.
- Distinguish between colors.
Social Media:
- Knowledge of best practices on social media platforms (algorithms, features).
- Define key performance indicators and KRAs for social media campaigns.
- Experienced in content creation and curation.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
- Familiar with advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
Digital Skills:
- Graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Photo capturing and manipulation.
- Video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Writing and storytelling.
Requirements
- Degree in Photography, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Certification in social media marketing (Hootsuite, HubSpot).
- Portfolio showcasing photography, videography and social media works.
- Familiar with SEO principles.
- Familiar with tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite or any other social media marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Up to date with social media trends.
