Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a seasoned Platform Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our real estate platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the platform's operations, ensuring seamless user experiences, and driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will also be expected to promote our platform to Nigerians in the UK and the whole UK property market. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, business development, and a proven track record of success in a similar role. 

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and blogging.
  • Promote the platform to Nigerians in the UK and the whole UK property market.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Onboarding Apartment Projects.
  • Attract consulting and apartment management deals to the platform.
  • Enhancing Sales of apartments and promoting co-ownership.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing and business development strategies.
  • Have adequate knowledge and experience of international payment system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, paid advertising, etc.).
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage company website, social media platforms and create compelling content.
  • Optimize website SEO and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Your Job Role Requires You to be a/an:

  • Content Creator: Researching and writing high-quality, engaging, and informative blog posts.
  • Editor: Reviewing, revising, and proofreading blog posts for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
  • Researcher: Conducting research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, news, and developments.
  • Website Administrator: Managing company website database, access, blogging, permissions.
  • SEO Specialist: Optimizing blog posts for search engines to improve visibility and traffic.
  • Social Media Manager: Promoting blog posts on social media platforms and engaging with readers.
  • Community Builder: Building and interacting with a community of readers through comments, email, and social media.
  • Brand Ambassador: Representing the company, its blog, its brand and values.
  • Marketing Strategist: Developing and implementing marketing plans to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Analytics Expert: Tracking and analyzing blog metrics, such as page views, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Content Strategist: Planning, organizing, and scheduling content to achieve blogging goals.
  • Email Newsletter Manager: Creating and sending regular newsletters to subscribers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, search engine marketing).
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
