Job Overview:
- As a Press Relations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing media campaigns to promote and enhance the organization's brand and image.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, media agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of key messages through various media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive media plans aligned with overall marketing and communication strategies.
- Analyze target audience behavior and media consumption patterns to optimize media placements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in media landscapes to adapt strategies accordingly.
Media Buying and Negotiation:
- Negotiate and purchase advertising space and time across various media channels (TV, radio, print, online, social media, etc.).
- Optimize media budgets to achieve maximum reach and impact.
- Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the execution of media campaigns from conception to completion.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Make data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and other teams to align media strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all media platforms.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage media budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Track expenditures and reconcile budgets regularly.
Media Analytics:

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in media planning, buying, and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of media trends, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using media planning and analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
Preferred Skills:
