Uppermark Solutions Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager, Marketing, to lead and coordinate our diverse portfolio of online and offline marketing projects. This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns and outdoor marketing initiatives, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager, Marketing will be responsible for the end-to-end management of marketing projects, encompassing both digital and outdoor strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practical experience in coordinating outdoor marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

1. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for both online and offline marketing projects.
2. Coordinate and manage all project activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
3. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.

Digital Marketing Management:

1. Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
2. Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize results.
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Outdoor Marketing Coordination:

1. Manage the planning and execution of outdoor marketing campaigns, including billboards, signage, and promotional events.
2. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
3. Conduct site surveys and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Client Relationship Management:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.  
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.  
3. Understand client objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies.

Team Collaboration & Communication:

1. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, design, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.
2. Communicate project updates and key information to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
3. Manage project documentation and reporting.

Budget Management:

1. Manage budgets for all assigned projects.
2. Track expenses and ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience 3 years in project management, specifically in marketing, with a focus on both digital and outdoor campaigns.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
4. Experience coordinating outdoor marketing projects, including vendor management and site surveys.
5. Excellent client relationship management skills.
6. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficiency in project management software and digital marketing tools.
8. Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and analytics.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Excellent negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in Marketing
