It is actively engaged in development of residential, industrial & institutional property in Noida and Greater Noida, in the National Capital Region of Delhi. The Stellar Group has business interests in Real Estate and Construction, Hospitality, Banking, Information Technology and Edutainment. The organization is renowned for developing quality projects with strict adherence to time bound delivery and completion schedules. Real Estate Development The Group has developed and constructed over 2 million sq. ft. across residential, commercial and industrial projects and has projects in hand to construct about 6 million sq.ft in the coming 3 years.

Job Description

  • According to the company's overall strategy and development goals, actively develop and maintain good relations with various government departments (including standards bureau, immigration bureau, police station, court, customs, electricity) and banks and financial institutions, establish and maintain business contacts with various resources in the industry;
  • Collect and sort out the latest developments of local government policies, regulations or information, analyze and interpret the policies, plans and trends of the company's business development, propose coping strategies and rationalization suggestions, and strive for favorable resources for the company;
  • Effectively respond to and solve public relations crises and problems in the company's external activities;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Secretary, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, International Business is preferred;
  • In-depth understanding and keen insight into industry trends, market dynamics and related policies;
  • Have rich working experience in public relations, public relations or related fields,
  • Be familiar with the working procedures of relevant government departments
  • Be able to handle various external affairs independently, and have the ability to solve complex problems;
  • High business sensitivity, good business thinking,
  • Able to grasp the market dynamics and customer needs, to provide targeted outreach strategies and suggestions for the company or project;
  • Language skills: Excellent oral and written English skills, able to convey information clearly and accurately;
  • Good at communication, excellent negotiation skills and coordination skills, and able to properly handle various complex interpersonal relationships.
  • Have strong coordination ability planning and execution ability, analysis and decision-making ability;
  • Comprehensive knowledge, excellent comprehensive quality, generous conversation, good personal image and manners, with a high degree of professional ethics and integrity awareness, able to keep business secrets, safeguard the interests of the company and customers.
  • Good team spirit, able to work closely with team members, with strong ability to work under pressure.
