Position Summary
- The PR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the public relations activities within the company, ensuring the effective communication of the company’s initiatives and brand image.
- This role includes supervising the PR team, developing strategic PR plans, and managing media relations to promote the logistics company’s services and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Plan and execute PR campaigns to promote the company’s logistics services and enhance its brand image.
- Responsible for the operation and management of public relations for exhibitions, industry associations, public institutions, non-governmental organizations, etc.;
- Responsible for conference marketing, planning and execution of monthly industry promotion meetings;
- Responsible for monthly market surveys, competitor surveys, industry surveys, and formulating industry logistics solutions;
- Responsible for collecting industry customer resources, communicating with customers, and conducting conference marketing;
- Plan and coordinate PR events such as product launches, press conferences, and industry conferences.
- Ensure all logistics for events are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Measure and report on the success of events and PR campaigns.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports on PR activities and outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess College Degrees or above, majoring in Marketing, E-commerce, Logistics Management and other related majors.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in new product development and marketing, preferably service products;
- Have strong market planning and implementation capabilities, relationship network building capabilities and business collaboration capabilities;
- Have independent analytical judgment, systematic thinking and planning and organizational capabilities.
