Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager Assistant will play a pivotal role in driving farm produce sales in traditional markets and through digital channels. The ideal candidate must be adept at using digital marketing tools to boost online presence and be able to engage customers and vendors in traditional markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  1. Assist in identifying and engaging customers in traditional markets to sell farm produce.
  2. Support the Sales Manager in negotiating deals, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of produce.
  3. Monitor and report sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends.

Digital Marketing:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Aldelano Farm products on social media platforms and other digital channels.
  2. Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and growing followers.
  3. Use email marketing, SEO, and online ads to drive sales and brand visibility.
  4. Knowledge about WordPress website Management is an added advantage

Market Research and Development:

  1. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in both local and digital markets.
  2. Analyze competitors and customer preferences to suggest improvements to sales strategies.
  3. Explore new sales channels and partnerships to increase revenue streams.

Administrative Tasks:

  1. Assist in creating sales reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer information, and marketing activities.
  3. Support the Sales and Marketing Manager in daily administrative tasks and coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
  2. Strong digital marketing skills (social media management, content creation, email marketing, SEO, and online ads).
  3. Proven ability to sell products in traditional markets and negotiate with buyers.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
  6. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
