Talents and Skills Africa Consulting LLC, a leading workforce management solutions firm has been appointed as Employer of Record to recruit and management its global workforce from Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the coaching and education sector.
- Promote and sell Lift10x IT Solutions\' management applications to coaching institutes.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of the solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide customer feedback to the development team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the India-based team for regular training and updates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in IT or educational sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with the education system in Nigeria is a plus.
