Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the cyber security domain.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's customer base.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored cyber security solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to inform customers about the benefits and features of our cyber security products and services.
Market Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats in the cyber security field.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to ensure our offerings meet market demands and customer needs.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Sales Administration:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage the sales pipeline and CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, specifically in the cyber security industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cyber security products, services, and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
