Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across web, SEO/SEM, email, paid media, programmatic advertising, and social media to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Drive demand generation and lead acquisition through highly targeted, data-informed digital campaigns.
- Lead and manage the implementation of advanced SEO/SEM techniques and ensure ongoing optimization of digital assets.
- Analyze user behavior, web traffic trends, and performance metrics to optimize marketing investments and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee paid media planning and buying, including campaign budgeting, bidding strategy, creative development, and post-campaign analysis.
- Provide strategic direction for content development across channels to align with business goals and digital best practices.
- Supervise A/B and multivariate testing strategies across platforms to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Utilize heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) to guide site improvements and UX enhancements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Sales, and IT to ensure alignment of messaging, branding, and campaign goals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, media agencies, influencers, and technology partners to maximize ROI.
- Monitor the latest industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovations to maintain digital leadership and competitiveness.
- Deliver detailed reports and executive-level presentations highlighting campaign insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A Master’s degree or industry certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) is highly desirable
- Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing strategic marketing campaigns with measurable business impact
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and project management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
