Responsibilities
Digital Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
Online Advertising:
- Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
SEO and SEM:
- Manage and enhance the company's search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to improve online visibility.
- Stay abreast of search engine marketing (SEM) trends and implement strategies to increase website traffic and conversions.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute content marketing plans that align with overall marketing goals.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines and resonates with the target audience.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in developing engaging social media campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Second Class Upper is required.
