  • The Senior IT Project Analyst plans, implements, and evaluates improvements in business processes and practices. Facilitates cross-functional team work to achieve continuous improvement objectives.

You’ll contribute by:

  • Assist with development and tracking of project management processes (including definition, planning, education, risk management, project control, and change management) to ensure that activities are executed according to agreed upon governance.
  • Aid in developing project communications, including but not limited to PowerPoint decks, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and MS Project schedules.
  • Interact with system vendors & outside consultants, to effectively troubleshoot and maintain existing processes, and to evaluate new products and processes.
  • Identify project issues and risks and assist with development of contingency.
  • Work with business line and support function managers and risk owners to implement and ensure compliance with Risk Management Policy and procedures, including risk documentation standards.
  • Working with various teams throughout the organization to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about project status at all times.
  • Consolidate list of project stakeholders and role specifications.
  • Assist in developing the methodology for project management standards and procedures across the company
  • Analyze data to support the design for project performance KPIs

Minimum Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable higher institution
  • At least 5 - 8 years work experience from related sector/ organization with proven track record of numerous successful complex projects (delivered on time, meeting client requirements and with high team satisfaction) PMP / PRINCE II certification will be an added advantage
  • Experience with Program Management Office or Project Management Office desirable
  • Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations
