Job Description

  • As the Social Media and Content Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media and content strategies aimed at growing our online presence, driving traffic, and increasing engagement.
  • This role requires advanced knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends, with the ability to turn followers into advocates and leverage social media to generate income.
  • Creative skills such as video editing, voice-over work, motion graphics, and graphic design are crucial for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content strategy to increase visibility, drive traffic, and support overall mission goals.
  • Optimize content for growth across all platforms, including creating high-quality videos, graphics, and motion graphics that engage and inspire action.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust content and strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Leverage voice-over skills to enhance video content and increase audience engagement.
  • Effectively manage multiple social media accounts to grow follower bases and drive consistent engagement.
  • Implement strategies to monetize social media platforms, generating income by promoting programs, services, and products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and resonates with the target audience.
  • Utilize advanced social media analytics tools to measure performance, generate insightful reports, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize content and social strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and ambassadors to amplify reach and engage new audiences.
  • Stay updated on the latest research, news, and best practices related to Autism, Dyslexia, and ADHD, ensuring the content reflects the latest developments in the field.
  • This role will help transform our social media presence, not only by increasing engagement but also by driving revenue and raising awareness for our cause.
