Job Description
- As the Social Media and Content Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media and content strategies aimed at growing our online presence, driving traffic, and increasing engagement.
- This role requires advanced knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
- In addition, you should be an expert in video editing, voice-over work, motion graphics, and graphic design. These creative skills are crucial for creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience and supports our mission.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content strategy to increase visibility, drive traffic, and support overall mission goals.
- Create high-quality content, including videos, graphics, and motion graphics, that engage and inspire action.
- Leverage voice-over skills to enhance video content and increase audience engagement.
- Manage multiple social media accounts to grow follower bases and drive consistent engagement.
- Implement strategies to monetize social media platforms, generating income by promoting programs, services, and products.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and resonates with the target audience.
- Utilize advanced social media analytics tools to measure performance, generate insightful reports, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize content and social strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and ambassadors to amplify reach and engage new audiences.
- Stay updated on the latest research, news, and best practices related to Autism, Dyslexia, and ADHD, ensuring the content reflects the latest developments in the field.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Expertise in video editing, voice-over work, motion graphics, and graphic design.
- Strong understanding of social media monetization strategies.
