Job Description
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and drive sales of our luxury properties.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both digital and physical sales and have an in-depth understanding of social media platforms as marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for luxury apartment sales, both online and offline.
- Utilize market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand positioning.
Social Media Management:
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize engagement and reach.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and advertising, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for the design and execution of marketing materials.
Sales Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales team to create marketing collateral and tools that effectively convey product benefits and features.
- Manage inquiries and leads generated from marketing efforts, ensuring timely follow-up and customer engagement.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content that highlight our luxury properties.
- Develop storytelling initiatives that enhance brand narrative and resonate with target audiences.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
- Monitor and manage brand reputation through proactive engagement and response strategies.
Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
- Track expenditures and analyze the effectiveness of different marketing channels.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Increase in brand awareness and social media engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments).
- Growth in lead generation and conversion rates attributed to marketing efforts.
- Number of successful marketing campaigns executed and their impact on property sales.
- Achievement of sales targets aligned with marketing initiatives.
- Customer satisfaction ratings and feedback from inquiries and sales processes.
Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience, specifically in real estate or luxury product sales.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and social media strategies that lead to increased sales.
- Experience in using CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Communications / Business, or a related field is preferred.
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media trends.
- Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
