Key Responsibilities
- Curate and schedule daily posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, etc.).
- Research and source relevant visuals, articles, and trending topics that align with brand voice.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to produce consistent, high-quality content.
- Engage with followers — respond to comments, messages, and foster authentic community interactions.
- Monitor analytics to track engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely posting and campaign consistency.
- Stay up-to-date on social trends, algorithms, and emerging digital tools.
- Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years experience in social media management, content curation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends.
- Excellent visual eye — ability to identify on-brand content and aesthetics.
- Skilled in copywriting and caption crafting.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
