Job Summary

  • We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Officer to join our team in Surulere! You'll develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and generate leads that become sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute online ads and campaigns to reach target audiences, generate quality leads with a strong leads to sales ratio.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and TikTok to ensure steady engagement and sales.
  • Build and maintain an engaged online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner across all social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, short videos and reels.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Good understanding of digital trends, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
  • Basic video editing experience
  • Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns is an added advantage.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Living in or around Surulere is an advantage.
