Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and text
- Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and improve future content
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure social media campaigns align with overall business objectives
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media marketing and make recommendations to improve our social media presence
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a social media manager or marketer, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
