Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across all major platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement in alignment with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, original content for platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to align campaigns and branding
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Manage paid social media campaigns (optional, based on company strategy)
- Run influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns where relevant
- Plan and manage content calendars and posting schedules
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Creative eye for design and content creation (experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
