What You Will Do:
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Create, manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media strategy and campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Create graphic and video content
- Repurpose content for different social media platforms.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Ensure the brand becomes a strong force using PR
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience as a social media specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Excellent content writing and sales skills
- Good knowledge of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Must know how to use graphic and video editing tools
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- BSc degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
- Must live within Ikeja, Lagos or it’s environ.
