Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and engage our target audience.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about the hospitality industry, have a keen eye for visual storytelling, and possess a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the resort's overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct regular social media audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and written copy, that highlights the resort's unique offerings, experiences, and ambiance.
  • Develop a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Actively engage with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a strong online community by encouraging user-generated content and running interactive campaigns.
  • Monitor brand reputation and address any negative feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Manage and optimize our social media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule and publish content to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Analyze social media analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and bookings.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of paid campaigns to optimize ROI.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to promote the resort and reach a wider audience.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiations, campaign execution, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
