Job Summary

  • We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence.
  • This individual will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and building a community around our brand.
  • The Social Media Manager will work closely with our media and marketing team to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy

  • Create and manage social media strategies aligned with our marketing objectives.
  • Set clear KPIs and goals for social media campaigns, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed.

Content Creation and Curation

  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and original content for various social media platforms (text, image, video).
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other team members to create compelling visuals and graphics.

Community Engagement and Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels promptly.
  • Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant online communities to build a strong brand presence.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and present insights to the marketing team.

Trend Analysis and Competitor Monitoring

  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company’s social media presence fresh and innovative.
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend adjustments to strategies based on insights.

Collaboration with Marketing Team

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute creative ideas to support product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging and innovative content.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret social media metrics, and apply insights to strategies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with online communities and internal teams.
