Job Summary
- We're seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and grow our online presence
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and generates leads.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Create and curate high-quality content (images, videos, blog posts) that showcases our properties, agents, and brand story
- Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community
- Collaborate with agents and internal teams to promote listings, open houses, and company news
- Monitor analytics and report on performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize content and engagement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform changes
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and lead generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in real estate or a related field
- Proven track record of success in social media content creation, engagement, and analytics
- Excellent writing, editing, and design skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and current market trends
Nice to Have:
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
- Familiarity with email marketing and CRM systems
- Certification in social media marketing or a related field.
