Job Summary

  • We're seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and grow our online presence
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and generates leads.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Create and curate high-quality content (images, videos, blog posts) that showcases our properties, agents, and brand story
  • Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community
  • Collaborate with agents and internal teams to promote listings, open houses, and company news
  • Monitor analytics and report on performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize content and engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform changes
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in real estate or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in social media content creation, engagement, and analytics
  • Excellent writing, editing, and design skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and current market trends

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
  • Familiarity with email marketing and CRM systems
  • Certification in social media marketing or a related field.
