Job Description
- Deveop and execute social media strategies that support the hotel's overall marketing direction.
- Create original, high-quality content — including written posts, visuals, videos, reels, blogs, and graphics.
- Organize and maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Interact actively with followers by responding to messages, comments, and tags in a timely, professional manner.
- Track performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to guide content improvement.
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns, allocate budgets effectively, and evaluate return on investment (ROI).
- Build and grow a loyal online community through consistent engagement.
- Research competitors and industry trends to identify fresh opportunities for growth and visibility.
- Develop engaging email newsletters, promotions, and call-to-action campaigns to drive customer interest and bookings.
Requirements
- HND / BSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing (preferably in hospitality).
- Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut).
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
