Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop monthly social media content calendars that align with client goals, brand identity, and campaign objectives. Create engaging, relevant, and high-quality content for multiple social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Community Management: Build and nurture client social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner. Monitor and engage with relevant conversations to increase brand visibility.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns, leveraging paid and organic tactics. Coordinate with internal teams to support cross-channel marketing efforts.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for paid social media campaigns across platforms. Monitor ad-spend and adjust budgets as necessary to meet campaign objectives and client expectations.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager and other reporting tools. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices. Identify opportunities for Digitezz and our clients to innovate and stand out in their industries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and website/SEO teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms. Attend internal and external meetings as needed to present findings and review performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years experience in social media marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual design and aesthetics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
