Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager will oversee the company’s online presence across all social media platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The role involves creating and managing high-quality content, running social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and incorporating graphic design skills to produce visually appealing posts. This individual will be integral in building the company’s brand identity and fostering a strong online community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Manage day-to-day activities across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Schedule and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels, to maintain an active online presence.
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and reviews promptly to foster engagement and build relationships with followers.
- Design visually compelling graphics, videos, and infographics using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator to enhance brand appeal.
- Write and edit captions, blog posts, and promotional copy that align with the brand’s tone and messaging.
- Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality content for property showcases and marketing campaigns.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to plan and organize posts, ensuring a consistent flow of content across platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creative and targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversions) to measure ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve social media efforts.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media platform insights to guide data-driven decisions.
- Ensure that all social media content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep the company’s strategies current and effective.
- Research competitors’ social media activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to align social media campaigns with lead generation and customer engagement goals.
- Support the marketing team with creative input for other digital campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized projects, if necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Degree in any discipline and certification in social media management/Ad Targeting, Graphic Design and content creation.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years in social media management, graphic design, or digital marketing (experience in real estate is an advantage).
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their management tools.
- Strong graphic design skills using tools like Corel Draw, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Creativity, innovation, and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
