Job Summary
- The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the salon's social media strategy.
- This includes creating engaging content, growing our online community, and driving traffic to our services.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Develop and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts that reflect the salon's brand and services.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and special offers.
Community Management:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive online community and encourage customer engagement.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.
Strategy and Analytics:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the salon.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Salon Manager and other team members to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, photoshoots, and other marketing activities.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
