Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, and ads).
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and competitor activities to optimize content and strategy.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns for maximum reach and conversion.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a big plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
