We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager and blog content writer to join our fashion brand’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to connect with our audience through engaging and innovative content. This role requires a proven track record in managing social media platforms, creating compelling campaigns, working remotely without supervision, and driving brand growth in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand’s goals.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize content and engagement.
Content Creation and Curation:
- working together with graphic designer to Create visually stunning and on-brand content, including images, videos, and copies.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
Community Management:
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
- Foster relationships with influencers, collaborators, and brand advocates.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze social media performance across all our social media platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
Blog content writing
- write engaging brand content for our blog, using our brands content guide and brand tone
- Email marketing: collaborate with matketing team to create strong email campaigns using our email planner
Stay Updated:
Keep abreast of the latest trends, algorithms, and tools in the social media landscape.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Track record of creative writing abilities, with good command of English
Diligent and corporative
- Proven expertise in blogging, email marketing and in managing platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Experience in woocommerce blogging
- Experience in using email marketing softwares like Brevo, mailerlite.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and the ability to translate them into captivating content.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, or similar.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with fashion influencers and stylists.
- Knowledge of SEO and email marketing.
This is a remote job, however employee would be required to show up at the office 2-3 days in a month.
