Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results.
- Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, posting content, monitoring analytics, and building community interactions.
- Optimize website user experience (UX), improve SEO rankings, and enhance conversion rates.
- Create, schedule, and manage content postings while promptly attending to customer inquiries online.
- Promote and advertise company products/services across social media platforms to drive traffic and sales.
- Analyze and report performance metrics, including engagement rates, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and development teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Research and recommend innovative strategies to enhance social media engagement and digital marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor trends and competitors to identify opportunities for creative digital solutions. Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Track record of successful digital campaigns with demonstrated customer conversion.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content creation, communication, and data analysis.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a creative mindset.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads.
- Candidate should be tech savvy and a good team player.
- Passion for community building and a genuine interest in enhancing customer engagement.
- Experience in video content creation and editing is a plus.
- Prior experience or familiarity with the currency trading industry is an added advantage.
