JOB SUMMARY

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, build backlinks, and monitor SEO performance to improve organic search rankings.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms, including keyword targeting, ad copywriting, and budget management.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media profiles, create engaging content, run social media advertising campaigns, and monitor social media engagement.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.
- Collaboration: Work with other teams (design, sales, and content) to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Profitability: Track marketing expenses and measure the ROI of campaigns.
REQUIREMENT
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing (preferably in real estate or a related industry).
Software and Tools Proficiency:
- Social media management platforms: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Later.
- Google Suite: Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
- Design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Email marketing platforms: Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Constant Contact.
- SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- CRM systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
