Job Overview

  • We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketer to manage our online presence and drive engagement across digital platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, growing our audience, and converting followers into loyal customers or leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create engaging, relevant, and visually appealing content (text, image, and video)
  • Plan and execute content calendars and posting schedules
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using insights and analytics
  • Run paid social media ads and optimize campaigns for ROI
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to align digital efforts with business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or relevant experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a social media or digital marketing role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing brand presence on social media
  • Strong content creation skills (graphic design, short-form video, captions, etc.)
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates
  • Experience with influencer marketing or content collaboration is a plus.
