About the Role:

  • As our Social Media Marketer, you will develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and generate leads. You will also manage our online platforms, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop, plan, and implement effective social media marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  •  Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts that align with our brand’s voice and goals.
  •  Community Engagement: Manage and grow our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  •  Paid Advertising: Run targeted social media ad campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads, to drive brand awareness and sales.
  •  Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and generate reports to improve future strategies.
  •  Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  •  Collaboration: Work with other departments (sales, design, customer service) to align social media efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing (minimum 2 years)
  •  Strong knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  •  Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and ad copy
  •  Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.)
  •  Experience with running and optimizing paid social media campaigns
  •  Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for digital marketing
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
