Job Summary
- The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for the Company.
- This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies: Create and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create engaging social media content: Develop high-quality text, image, and video content that resonates with target audiences.
- Manage social media accounts: Monitor and respond to social media mentions, messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance: Monitor key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, website traffic, conversions) and generate regular reports on social media performance.
- Run social media advertising campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams: Work closely with other marketing departments (e.g., content marketing, public relations) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Conduct social media listening: Monitor social media conversations and identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Manage social media influencers and partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to promote brand awareness and reach target audiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
