Job Summary
- We’re looking for a creative and driven individual to join our team as a Social Media & Content Officer. In this role, you will help shape thedigital presence by creating engaging content and building meaningful connections across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with thebrand and communication strategy.
- Create engaging content, including copy, visuals, and short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Posts) tailored to each platform.
- Manage and grow the brandspresence across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.
- Monitor engagement metrics, analyze content performance, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, webinars, and digital content that supports our consulting services.
- Write and edit newsletters, blog posts, and other content for Thrive’s digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field with 1 - 3 years experience.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and tone.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express).
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate in a team setting.
- Enthusiasm for digital trends, social media, and content marketing.
