- Tribe Nation Theatrical Distribution Limited is looking to hire a highly motivated and organized Social Media Officer. This is a full-time hybrid role. As a social media officer, you will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, developing content strategies, optimizing social media channels, and creating engaging content to increase our brand engagement and box office conversion. Our ideal candidate must have at least three years of proven experience in a social media marketing role.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and box office conversion;
- Define and execute content calendars, campaigns, and promotions across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and LinkedIn;
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages across all social media platforms;
- Foster a positive community and manage online reputation;
- Monitor social media analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies;
- Prepare regular reports detailing social media performance, key metrics, and insights to inform decision-making;
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices;
- Experiment with new content formats, features, and platforms to drive innovation and engagement;
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate is expected to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or in a related field;
- At least 3-years proven experience in experience in social media management role;
- Strong copywriting, editing and content creation skills;
- Ability to analyze data and track social media metrics
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
- Professional qualifications, certifications, and memberships are an added advantage;
- Must reside in Lagos;
- Must have completed NYSC;.

- Proficient in the use of Google Workspace;
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn;
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;

- Ability to work with minimal or zero supervision.
