Job Summary
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and update all company social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content to attract and retain a targeted audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure that content is consistent with brand messaging and voice.
- Generate creative ideas for contests, promotions, and user-generated content campaigns.
- Assist in developing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed to meet the evolving requirements of the position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in content creation and graphic design tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging shareable content.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies.
- Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing social media landscape.
- Extensive knowledge of at least 3 of the relevant social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.
- Detailed past work, past results, or case studies showcasing achieved goals and results.
- Willingness to learn and follow leadership
- Availability to work remote weekends (Saturdays)
- Experience using Excel and Google sheet
